"Explaining Insurance Using Common Terms"
Presented by: Michael Constantine - Senior Training Specialist for The General

Do you have to explain the basic concepts of insurance to employees within your organization in departments other than sales or claims? These associates and departments are essential to the success of any company so making sure they understand the core concepts of the product(s) your company sells is vital. In this session, we’ll discuss techniques for explaining basic concepts of an insurance product to employees using real life examples and non-industry lingo.
