WHAT:  VIRTUAL CRACKER BARREL/ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: This format is somewhat different from our very popular Webinar Series which is primarily presentation in nature.  The Cracker Barrel Structure/Roundtable Discussion starts with a theme that has been surfaced as being of interest to our members.  This is fleshed out by input from a survey of registrants to narrow the focus on specific areas the audience wants to explore, and is supplemented by resources for further study.  The discussion is highly dependent on participant involvement to incorporate a variety of perspectives and experiences.

“Brainstorming Solutions to Your Top Training Challenge”

SITE members will be coming together during this upcoming session to brainstorm solutions to their top training challenges.  After you register, you will receive a link to an electronic survey asking questions about your top training challenge.  We will then categorize these challenges and create a list of the top training challenges.  In the spirit of SITE members sharing resources with each other, we will be brainstorming solutions to these challenges.  Regardless of your level of experience, come join your fellow SITE members to hear about top training challenges and to discuss possible solutions.
