Mid-Atlantic SITE is starting the year off with a bang! The field of life & health insurance is undergoing many changes. What’s required of our employees now and into the future is quite different than what it has been in the past. Keeping employees skills ahead of these changes can have a dramatic impact on member retention, provider relationships (for health insurers), and profitability of your organization.  The meeting is intended for those who administer programs and/or are responsible for the development of health and life employees.  The purpose of the WebEx meeting is to begin a discussion group with the hope of uncovering some of the issues and challenges faced by administrators and training professionals in the Life/Health insurance field.  The WebEx meeting will help us to share ideas (in preparation for the SITE annual conference) on how to design, develop, and implement training programs that assist our employees to keep up with an ever changing health/life insurance environment.
