SITE Train-the-Trainer Program

SITE's Train-the-Trainer program is the only training program of this kind, specifically designed for insurance professionals. It provides practical applications in adult learning theory to design and facilitate training.

This three and a half day course provides intense hands-on guided practice in the core skills of Instructional Design—analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This program is designed for new or experienced trainers and for those who have training as an additional responsibility to their technical job.

The program is delivered by faculty members who have extensive and varied insurance backgrounds and who hold numerous insurance designations, professional certifications and advanced degrees in adult education.

Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancels: A full refund given if at least five working days notice. 50% refund if notice given within five working days.

Event Cancelled: Unless an emergency, SITE will give at least 2-week notice and a full refund.
