Conference Dress:
The dress code for SITE DC 2012 is business casual. It can be cool in the meeting rooms during the day so please bring a light sweater or jacket. DC temperatures outside in June can get hot and humid.
Monday is Corporate Shirt Day
Tuesday evening’s closing night event dress is Black and White
Internet Access:
The hotel provides guests with high-speed access in their room for a nominal fee.
24-hour Technology Lounge with complimentary printing and Internet access located on the lobby level.
Access to Presentation Material:
Presentations received from speakers will be made available on the SITE website with their permission. Access to the session material will be granted to SITE members only through the Member Section of the SITE website, www.insurancetrainers.org.
Cell Phones, PDAs and other Technologies:
As a courtesy to all SITE DC 2012 presenters and attendees, please set PDAs, cell phones and other devices to silent mode. If you need to take a call during a session please exit the room quietly with as little disturbance as possible.
Photography:
Throughout the conference, pictures will be taken to document the conference. We may use these throughout the Society year to promote our programs and activities. Should you not wish to have your picture used, please contact the Conference VP, Nancy Stasyshyn, or Executive Director, Melissa Palank.
Keynote speakers may not be videotaped or recorded.
